Debrico competition rules

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZATION OF THE GAME

Debrico materials, 117 Rue de Molenbeek (hereinafter the “organizing company”)
Registered in the trade and companies register under number: BE 0867.839.105 ; whose head office is located in Brussels (Belgium)

Organizes a free draw with no obligation to purchase entitled (hereinafter referred to as “the Game”), according to the terms described in these rules.

This operation is neither organized nor sponsored by Facebook, Google, Apple or Microsoft.

ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

This free game is open to any natural person aged over 18, with internet access and a valid email address, and residing in Belgium, with the exception of staff of the organising company and their families, as well as any persons having participated in the development of the game.

The game is subject to the regulations of Belgian law applicable to games and competitions.

The mere fact of participating in this game implies pure and simple acceptance, without reservation, of these rules.

ARTICLE 3 – TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

This game takes place exclusively on the Debrico materials traveling stand. To participate, you must fill out the form available on the Debrico stand and put it in the ballot box.

ARTICLE 4 – DESIGNATION OF WINNERS

1 winner will be drawn at random (see article 1).

ARTICLE 5 – FUNDING

The game comes with the following package:
• An Iphone 11 PRO MAX smartphone worth $1250.

Each winner wins only one prize.

The organizing company reserves the right to verify the age of any winner before awarding their prize. Prizes may not under any circumstances be exchanged for their cash value or for any other prize. The organizing company cannot be held responsible for the use or non-use, or even the trading, of the prizes by the winners. In the event of force majeure, the organizing company reserves the right to replace the prize won with a prize of equivalent nature and value.

ARTICLE 6 – IDENTIFICATION OF WINNERS AND ELIMINATION OF PARTICIPATION

Participants authorize the verification of their identity. Failure to comply with these rules and any fraud or attempted cheating, regardless of its terms, will result in the pure and simple elimination of the participation of its author.

The winner must be present to receive their prize.

In case of no-show, another winner will be drawn.

ARTICLE 7 - CONSENT AND GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)

Participation in the competition entails free and informed consent on the part of the participant.

He must agree to provide his personal data while being informed of the commercial nature of the processing . To do this, the participation forms include a checkbox to obtain consent. These boxes must be checked to give authorization (Opt-in) and not unchecked (Opt-out).

In return, participation in the competition generates a right of access, rectification, modification and deletion of their personal data.

ARTICLE 8 - IMAGE RIGHTS

The participant, by checking the acceptance box of the application, kindly agrees to participate in the photo shoot and assigns to the company DEBRICO.COM srl, the right to use his image resulting from photographs taken on this occasion at the places and dates above, for communication purposes. Thus, by the effect of these presents and by virtue of article 9 of the Civil Code, the Participant authorizes DEBRICO MATÉRIAUX to fix his image and to reproduce it and/or represent it for communication purposes and this without citing his name.
