PRESENTATION:
LA CHAPE XXs® is a ready-to-use lightweight screed. Lightened by expanded virgin polystyrene beads with controlled particle size and coated with EIA adjuvant (diameter 2-3 mm), it is also fibered and has high-performance mechanical properties for the renovation of difficult or sensitive supports.
The XXs® Screed is designed to lighten structures (twice as light as a traditional screed), to insulate and thermally and acoustically treat the different types of existing supports in apartment buildings and individual houses in new or renovated works, to produce bonded or detached screeds, insulating screeds and under-screeds, level corrections, slope shapes, acoustic insulation against impact noise.
