Hydrophobic deep impregnation product, based on SilaCryl, for interior and exterior use.

Field of use

Impregnation product for levelling primers on porous, absorbent, slightly powdery rough plasters and concretes indoors and outdoors, or on plasterboards (plasterboard-coated plasterboards) or plaster construction panels indoors, before painting with dispersion paints, based on silicone resin or polymerisation resin.

Also applicable in rooms without explosion-proof installations, with insufficient ventilation or in which foodstuffs or luxury products are stored or manufactured.

Thanks to its fine particle SilaCryl technology, OptiGrund is highly penetrating and water-repellent. The special indicator allows the primer to be recognised using a black light lamp, even after the next coat has been applied.

To do this, the coating must be carefully scraped off down to the substrate and illuminated with black light. The OptiGrund is manifested by a blue-violet reflection.
