Decoboard façade panels require little maintenance. Clear water or water with a neutral detergent is sufficient to refresh the façade panels. SVK lets the Decoboard façade panels, made from the best raw materials, harden naturally in drying rooms. This gradual drying process guarantees a particularly resistant and stable panel.

Decoboard façade panels meet the requirements of the European standard EN 12467 "Fibre cement flat boards - Product specifications and test methods". A CE label with the corresponding quality criteria is affixed to each package. Decoboard façade panels are ETA 14/0284 (European Technical Assessment) approved.

Safety is a top priority at SVK. The panels fall under the fire reaction class A2-s1,d0 in accordance with the European standard EN 13501-1 "Fire classification of building products and elements". In concrete terms, this means that our façade panels contribute very little to the spread of fire and that the relevant tests were carried out under the strictest conditions. In the event of a fire, they will only release smoke in limited quantities and will not release any incandescent particles. When designing a fire-resistant wall or ceiling, the entire structure of the element must always be taken into account and particular attention must be paid to the fire safety of the other materials used, such as the insulation, the mounting system, and the underlying connections between the materials.
