Description
The IKO power Drain H range consists of downspouts with PE pipe designed specifically for the horizontal drainage of rainwater from flat roofs.
The patented expansion system ensures a watertight fixing of a 4 mm thick bitumen membrane (APP) with composite reinforcement on a 600 mm long Geberit PE pipe. The drain inlet is always square and guarantees This way a maximum flow rate. The pipe outlet is however round in order to allow a simple connection. This solution offers a fast, efficient and reliable treatment.
Thanks to the membrane, the downspout can be perfectly merged with the IKO bitumen membranes, without interrupting the roof composition. The sanded upper surface makes any moisture visible, allowing it to dry out when covering with the finishing layer. The MMP lower surface allows the drain to be flame welded or cold bonded. A fixing plate with pre-drilled holes is installed under the membrane in order to be able to mechanically fix the downspout in the upstand or on the flat surface of the roof.
The Geberit PE pipe along the façade does not condense when draining rainwater. The downpipe can be connected to the rainwater drainage system using sleeves or PE welding.
