Elastic facade paint based on silicone resin for cracked plaster – permeable to water vapour.

Field of use

Highly water vapour permeable façade paint for crack bridging in decorative plasters. Also suitable for cracks that penetrate plaster layers, in combination with FibroSil (in accordance with BFS data sheet no. 19). Applicable on mineral plasters of the PII and PII mortar groups, concrete, plasto-elastic coatings in good condition, old well-adhering layers and existing WDV thermal insulation systems.

PermaSilan can be tinted with AmphiColor. When tinting, mix the total amount required to avoid differences in colour. From 100 litres and more of a single colour in one order, mixing can be carried out in the factory on request.

PermaSilan can be mechanically tinted with the ColorExpress system in all shades of the current color charts.

To identify possible defects in the shades, check the accuracy of the shade before application. On adjacent surfaces, only use shades of the same manufacture (filler). Depending on the circumstances, bright and intense shades may have low coverage. For these shades, it is therefore recommended to apply a similar, covering, white-based pastel shade. A second topcoat may be necessary.
