Description
With this ready-to-use injection gel from Aquaplan you can easily deal with rising damp. All you have to do is inject the gel into the boreholes. This is done by you using a can gun.
Using the Aquaplan moisture barrier
Step 1. Drill holes with a diameter of 10 to 12 mm every 8 to 12 cm in a horizontal joint located 5 to 7 cm above the floor plate. The depth of the drill holes varies depending on the wall thickness and is at least 80% of the wall thickness
Step 2. Cut the Moisture Barrier sleeve at the top, cut 1 cm from the cartridge tip and slide the flexible injection tube securely onto the nozzle
Step 3. Inject the gel by bringing the injection tube to the end of the borehole, pulling back 2 cm, then gently squeezing the gun handle while slowly withdrawing the injection tube from the borehole.
